My brain is not functioning today It just went blank when i got to this question. could your’ll please point me to the right direction on how i should tickle this challenge because im just not understanding how to solve it.

What you need to do in this step is

Add an if statement to your calculateCalories function that checks the truthiness of your global error flag, and if it is truthy then use return to end the function execution.

you need to change the if statement to check if isError is true

then you need to use the return statement to stop the function, you don’t need to change anything or return anything inside the if statement
