I have a problem with a Task 119, y cant complete this phrase
→ It is nice to “…” a break from the office.
in my understanding it is “take” but clearly it is not.
Can you help me please? Im stuck

The phrase spoken by Sophie is similar to ‘take a break’ (which is also correct English) but she uses a different word than ‘take’.
