My project tab isn’t scrolling and I don’t know why. It’s fixed so I can’t see the whole work.

Some of the areas in the tab won’t scroll with touch (such as the instructions box). But there is a scroll gutter on the far left side. Try swiping on the far left side (on that gutter) and hopefully it should scroll.
