I don’t understand how to place the code and I don’t know how to convert the letter cat app to code please how to I learn this I want to learn teach me ,how do I convert letter to html code, please I’m using a mobile phone to try it is it why I can code it , must I use a system before I could be able to code letters please really need to learn this coding help me ……….???what’s the <> stands for in coding and how do I place them on coding a app or letter ???
