This is a good attempt.

It is very close. However, it appears, inadvertently, the = that should connect the href attribute with its “url link” has been replaced with a > bracket.

Example using the img element, src attribute and link value:

<img src="url">

Note how the src attribute is connected to its link value in the example. And, in the example there is not a closing tag because the img element is self closing; whereas the anchor element requires both opening and closing tags, as you have done properly in your code.
