The instruction in this case asked you to add anchor text to the anchor element. To add anchor text to an anchor element, say we had an anchor element,

<a href="www.google.com">This link goes to Google</a>

The This link goes to Google is the anchor text. This text will show up on your browser in place of the link that is href.
