Solution:

Look at your code. You have two anchors. You ONLY need one.

In this step, you must to add ONLY the text link to the existing anchor.

Solution to your actual code: Delete the first anchor, and review your text. Is it picture or pictures? Read carefully. Advice copy & paste the text that provide the challenges.
