You added a second anchor element below the one that was already there. You don’t want to do that. The instructions are only asking you to add text inside of the anchor element that was already there. They are not asking you to add a new anchor element.

The text for a link goes between the opening and closing a tags.

Remove the bottom link and only place the text provided in the instructions link to cat pictures between the opening and closing tag of the remaining opening and closing tags.

Example:
<a href="some url">text provided</a>
