Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

Your anchor (a ) element’s text should be link to cat pictures . Make sure to put the link text between the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag and closing tag. what is wrong in my code that this showing

You need to make the anchor element’s text be link to cat pictures.
but you created two different anchor elements without any text inside any of them.

sorry i won’t get it can you code that

the href attribute is where you put the link,
but the text for the link should be between the opening and closing tag for the <a> element.

Hope that helps.

This is the request:

Add the anchor text link to cat pictures to the anchor element. This will become the link’s text.

It is asking to write the text: link to cat pictures somewhere. Where? As part of the anchor element. What’s an anchor element? Starts with the <a> tag and finishes with the </a> tag.
You had:

<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"></a>

Between the > and < the text goes.
