In this case you are supposed to turn the words ‘cat photos’ into a link. You do not need to duplicate the words ‘cat photos’ to do this. All you need to is enclose the existing words in anchor tags (as you have done with the duplicated words).

As is stands, your p element will display as “See more cat photos in our gallery. cat photos.”
