Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 12

Tell us what’s happening:
Describe your issue in detail here.

  **Your code so far**
<html>
<body>
  <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
  <main>
    <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
    <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
    <p>Click here to view more <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"> cat photos</p>

    <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
  </main>
</body>
</html>

Can’t seem to get this step right. Each time I try it, this is the response I get “your code should only contain one anchor (a) element. Remove any extra anchor element”

Couple of things.

The anchor element in your code is missing closing tag.

text cat photos has extra space

There was a dot at the end of sentence. It should stay there.

I see why this message can be confusing.
But be aware, that there are plenty of possible mistakes which learners can make in these exercises.
It’s not trivial task to write perfect error messages for all of them.
