i have been on level 12 for over a week. i dont seem to understand the instruction. i am stuck. help pls

You just need to understand the original request. You were given this:

If you execute this step correctly, you will be able to see something that looks like what I have below:

Notice how I didn’t actually change the words? But the color on the words “cat photos” is blue now?
That’s because the two words (cat photos) are now inside the anchor link.
