As said, it would help if you asked a question about what it is you do not understand.

You have to create an a element inside the p element, using the cat photos part of the p element text as the a element text.

Example:

<p>Visit the freeCodeCamp forum.</p>

Becomes:

<p>Visit the <a href="https://forum.freecodecamp.org/">freeCodeCamp forum</a>.</p>
