This code is not accomplishing the requested task and has some syntax errors.

You do this by creating an anchor tag around the words -cat photos-.

The opening tag goes on the left of cat
the closing tag goes on the right of photos (before the period)

Make sure you anchor tag is properly formed with < at the start and > at the end
