We see you have posted some code but did you have a question?
hello thank you for helping me out, I’m suppose to Add an (a) in the (p) element and make “cat photos” a link to the lower (a) link but Ive tried everything that I could think of.
Check the spelling within your first anchor in p element. it should be href and not herf.
You have to fix a few things to make the final result look like this:

Notice the space between the word more and cat? You need to put that space back after the word more.
Then also there is a period at the end? This period should be there but not part of the anchor. (inside the paragraph)
And as mentioned earlier, you will need to fix the spelling of the word href (which stands for hyperlink reference btw. so hopefully that helps you remember the spelling)
