You can insert html opening & closing tags within another element by simply enclosing the required content in the appropriate tags.
For instance, to emphasis the words ‘cat photos’ within a p element, you could do this:

<p>Click here to view more <em>cat photos</em>.</p>

To turn those words into a link simply use anchor tags instead and, in the opening tag, include an href with the url.

i have a feeling my friend who posted this is like me not a student and trying to learn from scratch you are solving the issue by means that arent actually mentioned in the tutorial so if you dont mind try showing an example im guessing is ure anchor tag
