However, I can tell you that you should not delete the text inside the p element. You need to create a link inside the p element without deleting any text.

First, reset the task.
cat photos is part of the text for the p <p> </p> element. You need to wrap an anchor element around that text (cat photos)
It would look something like the following;
<p> some text <a href="value goes here"> text made into a link </a> some more text. </p>
