I cannot figure this out. It keeps telling me the text should be cat photos. and also href value should be https://catphotoapp.com

Look at how you turned the words link to cat pictures into a link in a previous step:

You turned those words into a link by wrapping them in opening and closing a tags. That’s how you turn anything into a link. So you would do the same thing to the words cat photos in the p element. It does not matter that the words cat photos are in the middle of a sentence. You can add a tags in the middle of a sentence as well.

I would restart the step to get the original HTML back and then only add the a tags to turn the words cat photos into a link and nothing else.
