It does not mean adding a photo to the paragraph.
You have to turn the cat photos part into a hyperlink, so it can take you to the desired destination/website (photos or whatever it has…).

So, it’s all about adding a hyperlink to an existing paragraph!

Following format will help you to get an idea.

<p>.....<a href="some web address"> hyperlink text </a> ...... </p>
