You dont need to add the words cat photos. You need to add the link around the “cat photos” that already exists in the sentence that the challenge provides. I would remove that, and just add the link around the original “cat photos”

Your href is fine, but you added the words cat photos

You see “See more cat photos in our gallery.”? The link should of gone around “cat photos” in that sentence. You did not need to add the additional “cat photos” like you did in your current code. The only thing you should be doing is adding the link around the words “cat photos” that the challenge gives you.
