you shouldnt change the original text reset the lesson and just put opening and closing anchor tags around cat photos to turn into a link and use the proper href value in your opening tag.

Still not getting it

As stated by cmar, it would be best to reset the lesson. Then, using the original text, insert the < a href > opening prior to the Cat Photos and the closing < / a > after it.

Do you have to include the paragraph opening and closing as well

Yes. Nothing should be changed in the original code that was given to you at the start of the challenge. The only thing you should be doing is adding the anchor tags around the words the challenge tells you
