In the text of your p element, turn the words cat photos into a link to https://freecatphotoapp.com by adding opening and closing anchor (a) tags around these words.

It is asking that the words cat photos in the existing p element be anchored so the link is active. To anchor the words, add the anchor before and after the words cat photos within the existing p element. Do not add any new words or elements, just the anchors.
