You almost have it.
The only thing you need to do to finish it up is to add the href into the opening anchor prior to the ‘cat photos’
< a href = the link>

You are close. What do you need to add to the opening a tag to turn it into a link? Look at the the first link you created below with the text link to cat pictures for an example.

Also, do not add quotation marks around the words cat photos. The text in the p element should stay exactly the same. You are just adding a tags to it.
