Your href attribute should hold the url for the link, not the text ‘cat photos’. Also, the syntax for attributes uses an equals sign not a colon.
The text ‘cat photos’ should be the content of the anchor element (i.e. between the opening and closing a tags).

The words cat photos are to remain within the p statement and be anchored without changing anything else.
