hi could someone explain how i can fix this code. Trying to turn the words cat photos into a link to https://freecatphotoapp.com by adding opening and closing anchor (a ) tags around these words. very new to this

This is correctly turning the words “cat photos” into a link, but you are turning the wrong “cat photos” into a link. You don’t want to add a second “cat photos” to the end of the p element. You want to turn the existing “cat photos” in the middle of the p element into a link.
