You have the correct way of anchoring the words cat photos.

However, the step asks that you place the anchors around the words cat photos without adding, deleting nor changing anything else.

I suggest resetting the step and adding the anchors, exactly as you have them now, but only around cat photos without removing the words from the p element statement, nor adding any new words.
