This sentence reads a bit strangely, right?

If you use the anchor below as a reference you can see how to anchor the words cat photos.

The only difference is the words cat photos are to remain within the p element statement while the opening and closing tags of the anchor is to go before and after those two words.

I hope this helped to clarify it some for you.
