I have typed the code exactly as it should be or how it guides me to do and yet my code does not pass.

Try removing the extra space before the closing anchor. Make sure there is only one space after it, too.

i tried that many times and it still doesn’t work. i tried everything and it says to me that the only thing that should be visible in the web page should be that text present in the (p) element.

Suggestion:
Try the following:

  • Reset step
  • Refresh page (F5)
  • Some browser extensions, such as ad-blockers and dark mode extensions can interfere with the tests.
  • If you are having problems, recommendation is to disable extensions that modify the content or layout of pages, while taking the course.
    • Try a different browser.

Also, please submit the updated code, if it is still not successful so we can see where the issue may be?

okay I will do the following, thanks! I did refresh the page too a few times but it didnt work but oh well, I will try your other suggestions too
