The anchor element is comprised of two a tags. There is no anchor tag.

I would hit the Reset button and then do the following:

  1. Enclose the text ‘cat photos’ between an opening and closing a tag. Do not duplicate the text, but simply wrap the tags tightly around the existing text, ensuring that the spaces before and after this text are outside of the anchor (a) element.
  2. Add an href attribute with the specified url to the opening a tag.
