Welcome to the forum

You created the correct element, but it was supposed to wrap around the text in the paragraph element.

Cut the anchor element and replace the two words mentioned in the instructions.

Make sure there is no white space between the opening p tag and the first letter of the paragraph text, when you finish.

Happy coding

Welcome to the community @241web !

As noted by @Teller the text should be wrapped into the anchor.

Here is the example for Building a Cat Photo App - Step 12.

It provides excellent guidance on how to turn text into a link while everything remains within the p element statement and only the anchor is added. No other changes are necessary. Nothing else is added, deleted or changed.

<p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>

Please note the above example read <p>I think freeCodeCamp is great.</p> before the word freeCodeCamp was turned into a link by adding the anchor to touch it on both sides. No additional spaces, nor anything else was changed.

I hope this helps you move on to the next step.

Happy coding!
