Describe your issue in detail here.

It’s saying there is a problem with the links HREF value and that I have either omitted or misspelled. I have checked and its not mispelled and I’m not sure where I have omitted the code? Help please! Thanks

Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

You have ommited “href” on line 8.
You have made it into a link, but there is no href value:

<a>cat photos</a>

to add a href value, write this:

<a href="">cat photos</a>

it wants you to set the href to “https://freecatphotoapp.com” so write
Mod edit: removed
instead. Hope this helps!
