Welcome to the community @louiscurtis182 !

Here is the excellent example of how to turn text into a link within the existing p element.
Building a Cat Photo App -Step 12 provided example.

<p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>

This p statement read ```

I think freeCodeCamp is great.

before the anchor was added to turn freeCodeCamp into a link.

As we see, nothing has been changed to the original text, except to add the opening anchor tag, with its attribute and value, before freeCodeCamp and the closing anchor after freeCodeCamp.
It is important to not change anything else, and to assure the anchor is touching the link on both sides.

By using the example provided, I believe you will be able to move on in your coding journey.

Happy coding!
