To pass this step you need to add the href attribute and value to the opening anchor tag.

I suggest taking a close look at the excellent example provided with this step.

It provides the way to add the href attribute and its value https://freecatphotoapp.com to the opening anchor and how to place the anchor to touch the link on both sides. Nothing else is changed in the p element.
