Hey @call welcome to the forum
You need to create a link and to do that you need to enclose the words “cat photos” in the p element inside an a tag

<a>text</a>

then you add the href attribute inside the opening tag of the a element .Make sure there is a space before the opening a tag and after the closing a tag
