Next time you create a post on the forum, please describe your issue.
The instruction is to turn the words cat photo into a link. What you have done is put your text ‘cat photos’ in quotation marks in you a element and you didn’t close your opening a element tag.
So reset your code, then directly before the text ‘cat photos’ add your a element opening tag and directly after the text ‘cat photos’ add your closing tag. Ensure that there is only one space in your a element which is the one in-between cat and photos.
Example: <element>text <a href="link">text</a> text</element>
