Welcome to FFC forum. You need anchor opening and closing tags around existing cat photo text. Within anchor opening tag add href attribute with the value link given in the instructions.

now it says this The link’s href value should be https://freecatphotoapp.com . You have either omitted the href value or have a typo.

Make sure you didn’t have any space between anchor tags and text between the tags. Also check wording and spelling of your paragraph and link.
