Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 12

This is my code for step 12 of Responsive Web Design. I don’t know what the problem is.

cat photos <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"

Your code so far

<html>
  <body>
    <main>
      <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
      <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
      <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->

<!-- User Editable Region -->

      <p> cat photos <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"</a></p>
      <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">link to cat pictures</a>

<!-- User Editable Region -->

      <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
    </main>
  </body>
</html>

The a tags go around the text you want to turn into a link. You put them after the text you want to turn into a link. Also, don’t delete the rest of the text that was there. The sentence inside the p element should still be “See more cat photos in our gallery.” You just want to turn the words “cat photos” inside of that sentence into a link.

You may want to reset the step to get the original HTML back.

Thanks for the tip. You’re awesome!

I pressed the Check Your Code button but nothing is happening. Could this have to do with my copying and pasting code from a Word document I worked on before answering?
