First, you don’t want to delete anything that is already there. For example, you removed text from the p element. I would reset the step to get the original HTML back.

The instructions are telling you to do the following:

“…turn the words cat photos into a link by adding opening and closing anchor (a) tags around these words.”

If these instructions do not make sense, please ask a follow up question about what does not make sense to you.

And then you need to do the following to the opening a tag you add:

“set the href attribute to https://freecatphotoapp.com

Again, please ask a question about this if you don’t quite understand it.

Remember, you already have an example of turning a group of words into a link. You did that in the previous steps by turning the words “link to cat pictures” into a link. Do you see how you added an opening a tag before those words and a closing a tag after those words? You want to do the same thing to the words “cat photos” inside the p element.
