The attribute value is always set inside the opening tag. In this case, it’s inside <a>.

You can look at the given example in the instruction as a reference:

<p>I think <a href="https://www.freecodecamp.org">freeCodeCamp</a> is great.</p>

I have what I believe to be an issue with this step as well.

My code is included below, and seems to be properly formatted, yet it isn’t. What is my mistake?

You broke the paragraph into 2 lines.
Make it on 1 line only.
