Yes there is a spacing issue. There should be one space between each word in the sentence. Look at your preview pane. The words don’t look well spaced right now?

Yes, in the original text, they had one space between each word. If you modified the spacing to add more than one space or less than one space it will not pass the check.

Also note that the text inside the anchor tag should not start or end with a space. If you need a space then add it outside the anchor tag.
