You did a good job of creating an link.

If you could do this around the text cat photos while it remains within the p element, and not adding anything other than the anchor that would be great.

Example:

<p>The dog catcher chased the big <a href="sample url">red dog</a> in the park.</p>

This would appear as

The dog catcher chased the big red dog in the park.
