The opening anchor tag shouldn’t have anything added to it. Typically the “_blank” is added to a target attribute that makes a hyperlink open in a separate browser window.

The instruction mentions an “anchor’s href attribute”. An anchor is an element used in html to create hyperlinks. the element tag looks like this: . The href=“” would be referenced inside the opening anchor tag. This is where you would reference the web address that it’s asking for.
