I don’t see a discription here of the problem you are having. Could you please explain what you need assistance with?

Regarding the code which I’m assuming you’re having issues with, there seems to be a typo in the below… you’ve closed the <a> tag before the attributes (should be <a target... etc>

In your code:
view more <a> target= _blank href=

Also, the target attribute, I believe _blank needs to be in quotes.
