Hi as Jeremy said I hope you are doing it as the next time you post.
As I look into Step 13 I found out that you need add target attribute with _blank value.
Put in mind that target is attribute and add (=) between attribute and value which is blank inside anchor <a opening.
remember opening. so it should write before “>”
