Instead of deleting your link to ‘cat photos’ from inside you paragraph, you want to delete the second link right underneath your paragraph:

      <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">link to cat pictures</a>

you should not make any changes to your original paragraph. Reset the step to revert to the original paragraph and then delete the second link.

All that is needed is to delete the lower link completely.
