You must use the anchor element i.e. <a>...<\a> to add a hyperlink to the image so that the user is directed to the linked page when he clicks on it.
The " href " attribute should be added inside the opening tag of the anchor element, i.e. <a>, but you have added it outside the opening tag.
The updated code should look like this.
