You’ve accidentally changed some things you shouldn’t have. I would restart the step to get the original HTML back. Then, the only thing you want to do is add the necessary tags around the img so that it turns into a link. Do not change anything in the p element or anywhere else. After you are done with this step you will have two links on the page, one in the p element and one on the image.
