That means that the img element is the same as the previous “cat photos”, both in the form of a link, so you can put “a href=” in front of the “img”,just like what you do before.

In the given code of HTML, you have seen that you have heading, some contents with different sections. Now, as you see when you go in the step 14 then a popup box is generated between the code editor which give you instruction about the solution the step in the step 14.

In the instruction, you will be given that the image is present in your HTML document but it is not linked with the web page so instruction says that you have to link the image which you used in your Cat App Project in step 14. The link is given in the instruction with the help of the anchor tag.
