here are the steps to turn any html element into a link (whether it is a picture or a paragraph or just plain text etc)

1- create an anchor tag. The formatting of the tag should be:

<a href="http://www.link.something">........</a>

So the dots in the middle can be anything you want. (an img or any other element or text)
2- place the element/text in the middle (where the dots are)
