Let’s see if this helps. If you look at the exercise instructions, they start out by saying:
Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags

So step 1, find an image in the code provided
step 2, turn it into a link by surrounding it with the opening and closing tags of the anchor element (using the URL given in the exercise instructions)

recall that an anchor element looks like this:
<a href="a link here">Click Me!!</a>

I did what it said, but its not letting me progress.
